Bluetooth Failed. Speaker Quality Poor.

I Purchased XBOOM RK7 unit 1/8/23. I used the 8 times and went to connect again only to find Bluetooth Error on display. 2 months of minimal use and product failed. Unit will not connect to phone and Im very disappointed. I have not had too much luck with online warranty and still have a broken speaker. I do not recommend purchasing the LG RK7 550W Loud Speaker.

I bought this speaker a few months for my dorm. It did everything LG said it would and better. The sounds is clear but very loud and the bass shakes the room. The only reason i took a star off is because there is a bluetooth error that pops up at times which can be a pain.

A coworker has one at the shop and every time I walked by I was amazed by the sound quality and volume. So I finally asked him for the specs. He demonstrated the features and I had to have one. Its better than I expected. I loved it so I ordered another a few days later.

I bought this speaker a year ago and it has started a problem saying Bluetooth error. Seems to happen a lot with everyone. I put it upside down and shook it. I put it sideways after and it seemed to work. Thankfully before the party started lol

i bought this speaker one week ago. it sounded great in the store and there were none of the most popular partybox brand so i went with it. i played it at home. no problem. when i took it to the venue for which i bought it i got a wireless mic connected it then went to connect my phone then BAM: Bluetooth Error. i was so embarrassed. i turned it on and off and unplugged it repeatedly to no avail. no more than 2 hours later when the event was about to start i turned it on and suddenly there was no error. it connected. i dont trust this thing. i dont have facebook nor twitter so please do not suggest to contact LG in such a juvenile manner. i am not a gen zer. grow up give us a toll free number or address take this product back and refund us our money.
