I dont think I should be weighting a review atleast not yet anyway. I want the opertunity to be able rewright a review if I can just get the issue I have taken care of. Theres a few different videos I saw on your website. But none were any help with what I was trying to find. Also tried to get a Manuel but no options showed one for this unit at all that I could find. You know Wich unit I have already because thats what you want my review on. Heres my issue and question :
When using the unit for Bluetooth playback. The sound and quality are very bad. The volume is low and muffled and the highs dont really even exist. And this is supposed to be 1000watts? So that tells me there has got to be a settings option with eq balance etc. Because I get a louder and clearer sound through Bluetooth on an old stereo receiver that only has one channel left channel is blown. I dont even have to turn up to quite half volume. And its only 140watts. But the LG at full volume is not as loud or clear. I play drums so I need the volume to be there. Thats why I bought this because I thought I would have power to spare. So please tell me how to find the audio settings so I can fully enjoy this unit as should be able to. And then Ill be glad to give a five star review. But was on your site for it two hours and got know here with this problem. Or a Manuel. Please help? Thank you

Less than 2 years old and broke

As the title says I have had this for less than two years and it broke. Basically what happens is the unit freezes constantly so you have to unplug it to get it to restart again. Once you do that the next issue is that it doesnt pick up the ARC from the HDMI and keeps thinking that you have an optical cable plugged in which I dont. Never had this problem with my other systems from other brands theres been nothing but a headache. I thought I was buying a good system all I own is LG TVs but the sound system is a fail. I did call customer service but I got the out of warranty speech. Well thats the last LG product I will buy.

I have always been a bigger is better guy when it comes to home theaters but I have to admit this system is awesome. I have it hooked up by arc to my omni series fire tv. The music and sound on TV shows and movies are crisp and clear with great bass when there is supposed to. I had my apprehensions on buying this system but Im happy I did and would recommend to anyone
